Distribute Content

Publish your finished content to WordPress, LinkedIn, or add to your content calendar

Once content is polished and ready, the Distribute tab provides several options for publishing and sharing.

Distribution Actions

Navigate to Content Studio > Distribute to access publishing options for completed content.

Publish to WordPress Now

Publishes the article directly to the connected WordPress site immediately. The content will go live as soon as the action is confirmed.

Best for: Time-sensitive content, scheduled publication dates already set up, or when content needs to go live immediately.

Schedule WordPress Post

Sets a future date and time for WordPress publication. Content will automatically publish at the scheduled time without additional action.

Best for: Planning content calendars in advance, coordinating with marketing campaigns, or spacing out multiple articles.

Create LinkedIn Post

Formats and prepares content for LinkedIn. Practitioners can adapt the full article or create a summary post that links back to their website.

Best for: Expanding professional reach, driving traffic to practice websites, or engaging with the mental health professional community.

Add to Planner

Saves content to the content calendar for future planning without publishing. Practitioners can later schedule or publish from the planner when ready.

Best for: Building a content bank, planning quarterly content themes, or when publication timing is still undecided.

Before You Distribute

Make sure to:

  • Review content one final time in the Editor
  • Check that all links and references are correct
  • Verify specialty tags and categories are appropriate
  • Ensure content aligns with practice branding

Once published to WordPress, content becomes part of the practice's online presence and begins working to attract and educate potential clients.
