Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Profile Setup
When first logging into KopplaHQ, the Dashboard appears as the central hub with a clear four-step onboarding process. For new accounts, all metrics start at zero, but the "Welcome to KopplaHQ!" banner guides through setup.
Click "Setup Profile" to begin. The Profile page starts with 0% completion and contains:
- Basic Information: Add name, website, and location
- Specialties: Select up to 10 therapy specialties and mark 3 as primary
- Types of Therapy: Choose therapeutic approaches (up to 10, with 3 primary)
These selections personalize the AI content generation to match practice focus.
Complete Setup Process
- Profile: Set up practice details and interests (detailed above)
- Research: Discover content ideas and trends through the Research Library
- Create: Generate AI-powered content using profile preferences
- Publish: Plan and schedule content across platforms
